Duties:

  • Provide support to the 20th CBRNE Command G3 Force Management (FM) section to integrate and implement changes in organizational requirements and authorizations, document those changes, support program and materiel development, and coordinate New Equipment Fielding and New Equipment Training for the subordinate commands.
  • Function as a Force Integrator (FI) with the primary responsibility to identify tasks, clarify roles and functions, establish milestones, develop force integration directives, policies and guidance, and coordinate fielding new material systems throughout the Major Subordinate Commands (MSC).

Requirements:

  • Possess an action officer level understanding of Army Force Management that includes a wide range of functions, but generally encompasses the following four related areas: Force Development, Force Integration, Force Modernization, and Force Management.
  • Possess direct knowledge and experience in FM web-based systems to include Force Management System Web Site (FMSWeb), Army Equipping Enterprise System (AE2S) and Standard Study Number-Line Item Number Automated Management and Integrating System (SLAMIS) SLAMIS.
  • Possess direct knowledge and experience to advise 20th CBRNE Command on Joint Staff, Department of Army and Forces Command (FORSCOM) processes to include:  Army Readiness, Regionally Aligned Force Constructs, Total Army Analysis (TAA), Grade Plate Reviews, Force Design Updates (FDU), Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) Reviews and Changes, Equipment and Review and Validation Boards (ERVB), and any other processes implemented by the FORSCOM, Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) and the Joint Staff.
  • Possess direct knowledge and experience of 20th CBRNE Command Core capabilities and doctrinal construct in order to work directly with Other Governmental Agencies (OGA) in support of Corps, Divisions, Brigade Combat Teams (BCT), and Combatant Commands (COCOM).  Further, be familiar with the respective, distributed Centers of Excellence Proponents as they relate to the Sustainment (SRC 09), Maneuver Support (SRC 37), Chemical (SRC 03) and Nuclear (USANCA).
  • Possess direct knowledge and experience to assist the G3 FM in staffing and tracking actions such as Operational Needs Statements (ONS), Joint Urgent Operational Needs Statements (JUONS), Joint Emerging Operational Needs Statements (JEONS) and requests for new requirements that impacts the command and subordinate units’ ability to conduct mission planning and to prepare for exercises, training events or deployments. 
  • Possess direct knowledge and experience to assist the G3 FM in writing Warning Order, Operation Orders and Fragmentation Orders, staffing, analyzing, tracking and developing work products in response to FORSCOM taskings to include but not limited to: personnel and equipment support at various test sites, Soldier support for Acquisition Programs (Programs of Record (PoR)), and preparing reclamas. 
  • Possess direct knowledge and experience to assist the G3 FM in monitoring the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process; and tracking multiple Acquisition Processes from multiple Project and Program Managers which include but are not limited to staffing New Materiel In-Briefs (NMIBs), Materiel Fielding Plans (MFPs), Materiel Fielding Agreements (MFAs) and tracking fieldings
  • Must have experience and working knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance or be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must have successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree or substitution of education for specialized work experience.
